I was visiting Newcastle over Christmas and my bridge broke. I got an appointment and it was around $1300 for it to be fixed. Not even 2 months later it has broken and I can see why it didn’t last. I’ve attached picture of where was supposed to be connected to my other teeth and no wonder why it didn’t hold. I had a feeling it wasn’t right once completed and I wish I had listened to my gut. Super disappointing because I came here because of the reviews.
Such an amazing experience, I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile and Dr Bruno was so kind, patient and didn’t make me feel silly for waiting so long between visits. She also understood my needs and how to space out procedures to prioritise the more urgent things first, to space out the cost. So lucky to have found dr Bruno!
I took my 6 year old daughter in recently and we had a great experience. Super friendly staff, wonderful dentists in the room who made my daughter feel at ease and explained everything clearly and calmly to her. Even pausing when she needed a second or break. They also gave me advice and were understanding and not pushy to do too much, just what was necessary. Highly highly recommend, especially for children. We will be going back here every time - thank you’

The receptionist and dental assistant were so kind and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I felt at ease. I used to feel nervous about dental visits, but now I feel confident knowing Iam in the best hands. Highly recommend this amazing team.
