I had a great experience with Anna and highly recommend her. She is friendly , professional and takes the time to explain wha she is doing and why. She made me feel very comfortable and was a pleasant experience overall! Highly recommend if you’re on the lookout for a new dentist :)
I’d like to clarify that Dr. Gordeeva herself was professional and her work on my retainer was fine. However, the experience was severely marred by the assistant’s poor technique and lack of care. Several issues occurred during the procedure: Using my mouth as a holder: The assistant completely let go of the suction instrument while it was still in my mouth to search for items, expecting me to support the weight with my jaw. Good service, clear explanations of what needed to be done. Skilled technician, with less anesthetic injection on a tooth extraction with a molar, than my last one elsewhere on a wisdom tooth.
