Absolutely fantastic dental clinic! Dr. Laurence Gruskin is incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough. The staff are friendly and make every visit comfortable. Clean, modern facilities and top-notch service. Highly recommended!
Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience here. The check-up and clean felt very rushed, the whole appointment was over in less than 15 minutes. The package I booked included X-rays, but the dentist said I didn’t need them, even though I still paid the full price, which didn’t feel right. The fluoride was also applied very quickly without a brush, adding to the overall sense that things were being done in a hurry. I left feeling like my appointment was more about speed than quality care.
Dr Gruskin and his team are great. Whilst visits to the dentists are never really something to look forward to, Dr Gruskin and his crew always make it a very easy and efficient experience. Our whole family visits Dr Gruskin and he is particularly gentle and understanding with our youngest. No hesitation in recommending Primary Dental to other families looking for a professional yet friendly family dentist.
