Dr Krishan is amazing. This was the first time I had been to the dentist in a very long time. I had a terrible experience years ago, but he made me feel conformable and made sure I was not in any pain. Can't recommend him enough!
I had a disappointing experience with a receptionist who seemed reluctant to engage with customers. However, i contacted Primary Dental morley after and had a much better experience. I rated it 3 stars because i didn't interact with other staff members, and i didn't want the overall company rating to suffer due to one individual. Time of call 10.46am and duration 3 min 4 sec
This dentist is particularly good. I saw Dr Sidhu, I always come back to visit this practice as it has a team of professional and friendly dentists. I’ve had negative experiences in the past but the dentists here are great at making you feel comfortable and listened to, they let you have a break if you need it and offer good aftercare advice. They’re transparent with pricing and punctual. I’ll always return for this reason!
If I can give 0 point I will give 0 or minus. In the past three years, I have been to a regular patient to dentist Nirlep Sidhu. I trusted her in the past. But with my last two visits, I’m extremely disappointed. she told me I need finish my root canal treatment and she couldn’t do it, so I visit a endodontist and had my treatment but need her to finish the crown setting. Dr Nirlep Sidhu and her assistant give professional care and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for painless dental care. The receptionist is very friendly.
