What a good experience i had with Primary Dental! It was my first time there. Clearly nervous. But Dr Gillian and her assistant as well as the receptionist were all so friendly and made me feel so comfortable the whole time! Dr Gillian is knowledgeable and considered my needs, regularly checked to make sure i was ok. She was so patient with me. I look forward to future visits with Primary Dental.
My experience here has always been a 10/10. From excellent customer service, efficiency and professionalism. I have been coming here for almost 2 years and both Dr Krish, Dr Vipul, Manog and Ora has been so wonderful and I highly recommend this practice.
I would highly recommend this dental practice. I booked an appointment with Dr Gillian for check up and cleaning and she was fantastic! She explained the process, did a very detailed work, provided a thorough treatment plan that she walked me through. She went above and beyond to provide extra dental advice on what practices and products may help in my situation.
Be aware that they will try to force you to accept unwanted services under the guise that it is a mandatory pre requisite by HBF for the service you request. When I contacted HBF to verify they informed me it is absolutely untrue that you must accept any other services other than what you request.
My wife had a really good experience during her visit. Dr. Gillian Leow was very polite, soft-spoken, and explained everything clearly. She carried out the treatment with great professionalism and care. Mary, the nurse, was also very helpful. In the absence of the receptionist, she patiently assisted us with booking the follow-up appointments, which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend Dr. Gillian Leow and her team.
