Very friendly, professional, and trauma informed staff with comfortable waiting and practice room (I brought a kid with me). Dr Vidya Ayuningtyas was very competent, understanding and not judgmental. Happy to have found this place online. Booking was super easy and I got an appointment very fast. Prices are very transparent too. They informed you all the prices before any action is taken.
I had my first molar removed by Dr. Mark, and I want to share what a great experience it was. my tooth was broken and had a cavity, so I expected the extraction to be very difficult. But Dr. Mark was incredibly gentle and patient throughout the entire procedure. Even though it was a complicated tooth to remove, he made the process feel easy and comfortable for me.
