False advertisement regarding new patient no gap offer. Booked an appointment for a checkup and clean due to the new patient offer on their website and good ratings. The offer specifies no gap for the service valued $199. Got there and ran a quote first. Receptionist says there is a gap of $78 as the health fund only covers $121 and I would have to pay it out of pocket. Despite the offer saying NO gap.
