I just had my six-month check-up and clean at Primary Dental Campsie, and I’m really impressed. The dentist was great,took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The staff were super friendly and made the whole experience pleasant. It’s clear they care about their patients. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dental practice
I had a very bad and horrible tooth extraction experience in Primary Dental Campsie. Because of the dentist's mistake, my tooth extraction wound became seriously infected and I needed to be admitted to the ICU. Regardless of the medical technology of this clinic, the attitude towards patients is very bad. They ignore the life, health and safety of patients!
It was super easy to book an appointment. When I was there, Doc was very friendly and helpful. She told me about my conditions and cost to fix it upfront. Overall, I am very satisfied with the outcome and the service provided.
I went as a walk-in without any appointment with terrible pain but the receptionist was very helpful to book me an earliest appointment, possible. The Dentist was very caring and explained my dental issue, its treatment, treatment cost & payment plans very clearly. Highly recommend for best the dental care.
