Great experience. Went in for a check up/scale and polish. Was seen on time and my dentist Craig was great. He talked me through everything, was gentle which made the process painless and provided me with a brush and steps for after appointment. The receptionist was also lovely and helped me with figuring out my health card. Usually dislike going to other dentists so was very happy with today
Dr Sandra Short was an absolutely excellent dentist. I am a first time client and she made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain during my teeth cleaning. She is easily approachable and made me feel welcome to ask for breaks at any time putting my wellbeing first. She did an excellent job on my teeth and was very thorough.
Dr Short and all the staff were wonderful. I was extremely anxious about my visit and not only were they kind and patient, but took care of my appointment swiftly and pain free. I’m glad to have found a practice I feel safe with
I got a call on the day of my appointment to confirm it and they asked if I could come 15min later which I couldn't as I had already arranged time at work. I think they moved my appointment anyways as I had to wait 30min. Dentist Priya is lovely but she dropped a couple of things on me while working on a filling. The receptionist said the consultation included a check of my whole mouth but because she started with a filling then she did not have time to check and asked me to book another appointment. Great experience! Lovely staff and Craig was easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed after coming in anxious. He explained everything simply and made me feel at ease about the next steps. A really great dentist.
