Fully recommend Primary Dental to anyone looking for the right dentist — especially Dr. Andrew Cerexhe. He is very experienced and explains each step in detail during tooth scaling. Their reception staff are also friendly and provide helpful information. Overall good but slightly expensive but was good service
I found the service provided by the receptionist, doctor, and assistant to be courteous, attentive, and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and I never felt rushed during my visit. Additionally, I found the pricing of their services to be very reasonable.
Terrible service, unorganised and discriminatory. Im in excruciating pain and this dentist has sent me away. I was booked in for a 5:30 appointment days prior to the appointment date. I organised for my children to be taken care of while I attend the appointment and when I attended I was told that there was no time and that the dentist on duty wouldn’t see me because I was referred by the government (despite accepting that the government can refer people to their services). Apt was on time, check and clean of teeth was thorough with good advice for care of a sensitive tooth given. Both desk and dental staff were friendly and caring.
