Terrible experience with one of the female dentists (I don't recall which one it was) but I booked my child with her as the website said she was great with children. Yet pretty much from the moment I mentioned that my child was neurodiverse she decided they were too difficult to treat (she wouldn't even attempt a cleaning or X-ray) and her ONLY recommendation was for me to pay a private doctor to put them under general anaesthetic for treatment she didn't even mention the public health route (not everyone is made of money). ... read more
Highly recommend Dr Andrew Cerexhe if you're looking for a dentist great with children, including high needs neurodiverse. He is so easy going and even encourages children to engage in the process. Dr Albert Tong is also an excellent dentist for any adult patients. I've read a couple reviews on here suggesting he comes across as exhausted or disinterested in his work. I found my experience seeing Dr Andrew amazing with his assistant, he talked me through everything and made my decision less daunting. He was respectful, kind, and has a genuine heart of gold. He was the best dentist I have seen in several years.
