I was not going to write this review, but after today’s phone call, I am very disappointed. After raising concerns about my son’s first dental experience with Kristen Scott, I was contacted by Natalie. While she apologised and asked if my son was okay, at no point did she acknowledge the behaviour of the dentist or explain how the matter would be addressed. Had a check up and clean with Dr Harry, who then recommend some fillings. The whole process was simple, each step was explained and he made the effort to save me some money. Would definitely recommend and will be returning!

I had an amazing experience. From Sally on the front desk who is a delight to Dr Albert who was so kind, gentle, caring and understanding of my fear of the dentist. I will definitely be back for the fillings we recommended
