I had a great experience at primary dental, the dentist - Dr Harry was very gentle and was talking me through every step of the procedure making me feel very calm. The DA was sweet and even hold my hand whilst I was getting a needle. 15/10 experience, highly recommend.
I had very good experience with Dr Harry Tan and the entire team. He and his team always made me feel conformable and ease throughout the procedure. Dr Harry is so good at communication and he explains everything clearly to me for every step he does. I have always been nervous about going to dentist, but seeing Dr Harry completely changed that. I highly recommend Dr Harry to anyone who is looking for a gentle, professional, caring and trustworthy dentist.
I had a great experience at Primary Dental Beenleigh! The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The receptionist was very accommodating, and everything was explained clearly. The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming. Highly recommend for excellent dental care and service!
I was not going to write this review, but after today’s phone call, I am very disappointed. After raising concerns about my son’s first dental experience with Kristen Scott, I was contacted by Natalie. While she apologised and asked if my son was okay, at no point did she acknowledge the behaviour of the dentist or explain how the matter would be addressed. Had a check up and clean with Dr Harry, who then recommend some fillings. The whole process was simple, each step was explained and he made the effort to save me some money. Would definitely recommend and will be returning!
