I should preface my review that none of your employees are the issue. I was charged incorrectly and rather than a simple adjustment was forced to jump through numerous hoops to get what seems a minuscule amount of money back. Your staff were unable to do a simple refund due to me being overcharged. You need to fix this to enable your staff to do their job.
Had a wonderful experience at Primary Dental Beenleigh. Harry was very thorough, informative, and professional. He was able to educate me about my oral health and provided helpful, easy-to-follow tips to ensure healthy teeth and gums for many, many years to come! The whole team were amazing, pleasant, and fun to talk to. Thank you guys. I look forward to my next appointment in 6 months time.
