I had one appointment with Samuel Pak in past for teeth cleaning and it was terrible. The teeth cleaning was extremely painful but besides the way he touches the patience during cleaning like he is more like a vet doctor and had no idea how the patience feels. His physical interaction was terrible and poor with the patience.
Excellent Dental clinic. Saw Dr Samuel Pak to have a wisdom tooth removed. The procedure was quick and he did everything he could to ensure we could have it removed in one procedure which was extremely thoughtful as my partner was suffering in pain and works long hours. Thank you Dr Pak and team for your fantastic service. Would highly recommend
Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience with Dr Pak. I presented with a broken tooth, and the treatment required extraction. Whilst the procedure was relatively pain free, I have since been to the emergency department, 2 other dentists and yesterday had surgery due to a tear in my sinus during extraction. I made follow up appointments but was unable to attend. There has been no follow up from this dentist. This was my second trip to see Dr Samuel Pak. He was simply and unbelievably efficient in my tooth extraction. I was so anxious and scared. He was thorough in explaining my options and once decided, it was done “painlessly” in seconds. I appreciate the dental assistants too, all very kind and warm, unlike most dentistries. Thank you!!
Dr Sabri was amazing with my elderly mum. She was kind, gentle and listened to what mum was saying. Would highly recommend
