I’ve been going to see my dentist Dr Pak at Primary Dental for years (even after moving away from the local area!) - he’s fantastic. Very kind, understanding and experienced about sensitive teeth. He ensures that you don’t feel any anxiety or pain during the treatment. Super efficient too so that you are in and out and maximising time! I wouldn’t go anywhere else
Doctor Pak had quite poor bedside manner and seemed like he was always rushing. He pricked my tongue with a needle and didn’t tell me when he was giving me a needle or that I was receiving two needles. He got the job done right but I would’ve liked more communication.
I visited Primary Dental for my daughter's urgent dental issue and was treated by Dr Sam. My overall experience was very good - The reception and dental staff was very supportive and Dr Sam was superb. My daughter had one of the best experience and was relieved of her pain.
My family have been seeing Dr Craig for the past few years and have never looked back. Dr Craig is fantastic and it’s taken a long time to finally find someone we can trust and feel comfortable with. Thank you Dr Craig.
I have been dr Pak’s patient for a while but decided to move on. I had a tooth with root canal. Most of the tooth was filling. Some of the filling had become empty. He initially said that he needed to do the filling again and then use a crown to protect the tooth from being broken. He asked me to come back a few weeks later. When I went back he only did the filling again but did not put a crown on it. I reminded him of our discussion but he ignored and sent me home.
