Prestige Realty Group was the only extremely helpful and responsive group that I dealt with in the process of finding a place to rent while moving overseas. Every individual working with this group is lovely, especially Rocco Barillo. He answered all of my questions in a very timely manner with a lot of patience and was a huge help throughout the entire process of moving. I only have positive things to say about the entire group and how they operate.
Unfortunately, my experience with this real estate company has been very negative. They have not only refused to return the deposit but also constantly make excuses and do not respond to our requests. I’ve seen that many others are facing the same issue, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Additionally, the property was handed over in deplorable condition, dirty and full of trash.
