I trained with Shawn for a number of years before he moved interstate. Shawn invests in his clients to give amazing results. For me this was both strengthening mentally and physically. I was also lucky enough to have Shawn complete a Tough Mudder, Spartan Sprint and Spartan Beast. His encouragement got me through them all. I highly recommend Shawn as a trainer in person and on-line.
After years of hopping between gyms—either because they were too crowded or triggered my anxiety—I finally found my place at Prestige Personalised Training over six months ago, and I couldn't be happier! This gym is very friendly and has all the facilities needed! the owner Shawn always helps look after all members and makes sure everyone is having a great time! Classes are amazing too. I would recommend to anyone looking to join a gym that will help keep you motivated and consistent!
