After years of hopping between gyms—either because they were too crowded or triggered my anxiety—I finally found my place at Prestige Personalised Training over six months ago, and I couldn't be happier! I really enjoyed the Saturday morning beach walk with Cleo, she was so engaging and encouraging! I’m just starting out in terms of gym and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The facility and staff were so welcoming and I really liked the set up of the gym. This is the perfect place for everyone no matter where you are in your fitness journey. This gym is very friendly and has all the facilities needed! the owner Shawn always helps look after all members and makes sure everyone is having a great time! Classes are amazing too. I would recommend to anyone looking to join a gym that will help keep you motivated and consistent!
