I was listened to very well, and I have received alternate methods to continue my training, and ways to improve my movement. It is nice to have someone actually understand what you are telling them and get a response that meets the need! I know it shouldn't be so hard these days, but it is. Premium Physio made it easy. I even got an app on my phone to show me the exercises.
Brad assed my concerns about left leg weakness , the assessment was thorough and positive. Physio plan for home use emailed to me and I am left feeling confident that my strenght is and will continue to improve.zhighly recommend!
I went to see Brad, after not feeling confident with my usual physio. What a great decision that was. Brads knowledge, professionalism and bedside manner is outstanding. Highly recommend!
My daughter (plays netball) attended several sessions with Brad to help build greater muscle strength in her legs/hips/knees. Brad had an excellent understanding of what she was trying to achieve. His knowledge of preventing sports based injury was awesome. With the exercises Brad gave her - she was able to see improvement within a couple of weeks. Highly recommend the guys at Premium.
I remember when I had my first issue with my body and finally went to get it sorted with Brad. My fiancee had been bugging me for years to address any problems I had rather than suffering. It was the best decision I made, I had rolled my ankle so bad that I could barely walk. Through all the steps and process we were able to get my ankle to full strength!
