I had Dan and his team remove two old gas heaters, replace two old reverse cycles and install three new units. Where another local company did a cookie-cutter quote without attending my home, Dan took the time to attend my home and problem solve how to best heat and cool my two storey, flat roof home. He arranged the rebates for the removal of my gas heaters and managed to get my units installed prior to Christmas. Big thanks for an excellent service.

I would highly recommend Precision Plumbing and would use them without hesitation for future work. We required a replacement evaporative cooler and Dan completed a prompt inspection, was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the site assessment and provided a competitive quote. The boys from Precision installed a couple of split systems into our house last week at extremely late notice on a very busy week as we were desperate to get them in before the hot weekend ahead. Installation was great, the team were super friendly and willing to help out - including proceeding with a more difficult installation just so we didn't have to have our external units sitting on the deck and tucking them away down the side of the house. We're extremely grateful, huge thanks to the whole team at Precision :-)
No negatives. Only positives: knowledgeable, was aware that government rebates had changed for the air-conditioner I wanted, other suppliers did not know this. Very good at communicating generally, and was very knowledgeable about the best air-conditioner for the situation. Emailed information was detailed before and after installation. Extremely patient. The price was also better than other competitors. Installed quickly.
