The team at PRD are professional and efficient. They are incredibly organised and make everything so easy. There was no waiting for paperwork or wondering what to do next. Very easy to follow links and instruction. A special mention to Danella. She is so friendly and helpful, making such big decisions easy. I would recommend this team to anyone, renting ,buying or selling.
The team at PRD have been nothing but delightful. Ruby and Danella are proactive in finding solutions when maintenance issues arise, are always responsive, and are happy to answer any questions I have. I know my tenants are looked after, and it makes such a difference having lovely people on the other end of emails and calls. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
PRD are the most efficient and epic property management team I’ve ever dealt with! I know it can be a hard job to keep on top of (I worked as a P.M) but they are excellent! Their communication is prompt and there is never a lag in getting things seen to. I have great owners which helps I’m sure, but I always feel like I receive priority service. Grateful for a great property to live in, and team to manage it.
My partner and I had been looking for a property to buy for months and by chance we were in the area on a saturday and saw two open homes so my partner and I decided to check them out. Emmanuel seemed to be the agent at both these properties. When we were driving home we both said this is the guy who is going to sell us a house. And sure enough 4 places later we found the one. It has been so easy and comforting buying a house through Emmanuel at PRD. I highly recommend the service and will be using them again!
