PRD Coffs is very professional, does routine inspections every 3 months RELIGOUSLY. When a property comes vacant, they do many open inspections until the property is leased, so the turn around time is very short. All the staff work well together, they have an open communication policy. We have used a few rental agents in Coffs, PRD Coffs is easily the best.
