Have been using them for about 7 years, compared to other property agents, we found PRD to be very proactive. Missed emails are always followed up with calls (not standard practice), repairs etc all done reasonably and promptly. Best of all, we appreciate the way all the agents over the years have treated the tenants with respect and empathy, thus we have always reaped lovely tenant cooperation when it was needed. Thanks Jessica and team (so many of you forgot the names).
