Wow. This medical, dental and imaging centre is incredible! Amazing customer service, short wait for a Doctor and imaging (if needed) right there. I am visiting PM and unfortunately had to see a Doctor, and have some scans done. I was nervous seeing a new Doctor. However the appointment was dealt with considerately and thoroughly. Questions were answered and advice provided. I was not rushed, nor was I made to feel like a ‘number’. Well done to the wonderful reception team. Thank you.
Caring Friendly Helpful staff. Always up to speed with all aspects of running a medical centre. Treated with respect. Clean spacious waiting room.. so you are not huddling up close to someone . Can’t recommend this practice enough.. certainly has been set up with patient care and safety in mind. I have been treated by two doctors there and I have found them to be thorough.. professional and knowledgeable.. always treated me with respect and care.
I have been attending this medical centre for over 20 yrs. The front desk staff are always polite and friendly. My GP, Dr Matthew Cooper is great. The nurses who do my Healthcare Plan and ECG are also lovely.
5 stars for the GPs but maybe 1 star for the reception lady today. Not very friendly and very impatient. Needs to smile more and just exude a kind demeanour. Patients/clients who go to the centre has obviously medical issues. The least they need is patience and kindness i suppose.
Great place , appointments are prompt and professional. My Dr, Tim Grant is very thorough and professional. He has a great manner and is interested in finding the cause of issues not prescribing drugs to mask problems. Highly recommend him and the practice
