I've been a patient at Port Macquarie Medical Centre for several years now, and I have consistently experienced top-notch care and professionalism and can not recommend the centre more. The undercover parking area makes life so easy with plenty of parks to choose from with an easy accessible lift up to reception where you will be greeted by the beautiful, friendly staff. 10/10 experience! From the lovely reception to the amazing doctor, couldn’t ask for better. I traveled from Sydney just to get my visa appointment, and I would do it again 10 times if needed. What a pleasant experience. The staff is amazing!
Dr Raghda Alshaiea, is the best Dr I've come across also the medical receptionist Jamie lee, make every visit great for my family. My family and I leave every appointment feeling confident and assured. I can't speak highly enough of her bedside manner. She has made being a first time parent easier. Thank you
This is my 3rd medical visa over my period of stay in Australia. I had to travel all the way from Sydney as it was the earliest date I could get, but it was all worth it. The staff are lovely and accommodating. There was a lot of room and not crowded. I didn’t feel rushed as well. Best part is, I do not have to hang out on a lobby wearing an Xray gown without a bra along with other customers. My procedures went for less than 30mins.
As an interstate visitor I needed some stitches removed, the reception staff had a welcoming smile . The nurse was so beautiful and the two ladies in pathology went way and beyond to help me out. As I was a pain I the arse with my referral sheet. Cannot recommend this medical centre any higher, my experience was A + Thank you ladies 🥰 Can’t say my experience at FlynnsMedical centre was the same, reception elder lady was so rude, when enquired where else I could go, she replied go google it . 👎👎
