Everyone in this centre is cheerful and helpful. My GP Dr. Cooper is very thoughtful and understanding and always thorough. I've been coming here for 10 years and would not go anywhere else.
Shout out to the temp worker Amanda taking the blood samples today. Extremely professional, polite, calm. It appeared to be a very busy day and she was doing such a great job. Very valuable team member
We have been going to Port medical and dental since we've moved to Port 3 years ago. Dr Ragda is the absolute BEST! The reception staff are friendly and never once had an issue going there with 4 LOUD kids in tow! I highly recommend getting in with them if they're taking new patients
There are some excellent GPs at this practice practice. Thorough, Conscientious. Expertise. Also will bulk bill. Reception staff personable and helpful.Highly recommended.
Dr cooper was fantastic! The admin staff had a mishap and although they updated our address they didn't notify the dr we were there. After 1hr 20 mins of waiting we asked the admin staff how much longer as our 4 year old was restless and increasing pain. That's when they identified the error and we were seen next. In and out in a couple of minutes. Dr was very apologetic on behalf of admin staff.
