We have been going to Port medical and dental since we've moved to Port 3 years ago. Dr Ragda is the absolute BEST! The reception staff are friendly and never once had an issue going there with 4 LOUD kids in tow! I highly recommend getting in with them if they're taking new patients
Just had the pleasure of meeting and had a consultation with Dr Karl Agaton recently and I am so pleased to recommend him for your General Doctor visit needs in the future. He is very thorough, Professional and highly qualified to be your regular GP. Keep up the good work Doc & very welcome to have you as our GP for Port Macquarie!!!!
First time visiting this practice as on holiday in port Macquarie. Saw dr Karl very good listened then examined checked blood pressure and discussed. Sent for a X-ray in same building and was able to have that done also after very short wait. Was excellent service from reception to all services Thank you for your professional care
Always a pleasant experience at Port Macquarie Medical and Dental. Fast, friendly and efficient service every time. Do yourself a favour and make Dr Laura Bidstup your go to for anything medical. I stumbled across Laura on my first ever visit to the centre and have never looked back. She is a complete breath of fresh air!!
Had a appointment as a new patient,arrived early,checked in at counter and confirmed my details ,waited nearly two hours ,when I asked at reception at 5 pm (closing time )is the doc going to see me ?receptionist says forgot to check you in,well that’s two hours I won’t get back lol .So didn’t see the doctor,bit disappointed.Not normally a person that whinges but hey , you can improve your services .
