Jock and Hayden from Podiatry Professionals are so great to work with to get back on track with my running and everyday orthotics. Jock was honest with his feedback regarding the orthotics, even if his recommendation is that I don't need them. Instead resurfacing the ones I do have. Hayden is currently helping me get back to running from an injury and I look forward to working with him for the rest of the year. Very happy with this team.
I have been a regular client of Podiatry Professionals in Braddon for some years and highly recommend them. The quality of service is exceptional and I have full confidence in their ability to identify and resolve any issues with my feet. Jake and Oliver are excellent, highly qualified and very friendly. The office staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Parking is easy. Highly recommend!
I was nervous and all the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. Jock was so kind and helped find the cause of my pain and addressed it while explaining it to me. He happily answered all my questions and was able to adjust my orthotics onsite. I was able to walk out of the clinic pain free and almost cried. I have a follow up in a few weeks to check-in and make sure everything is working or if other options need to be explored. I'm very happy with the clinic and have recommended to friends and family already.
Absolute professionals. Thorough examination and assessment, and treatment plans are all very well explained in a way you can understand without a degree in podiatry! Reception staff are always friendly, helpful, and communicate clearly. Matt is exceptional in his knowledge and treatment. Couldn’t be happier with his care. I refer these guys to anyone I hear asking about recommendations good pods in canberra.
Matthew is experienced, an excellent communicator and extremely caring and kind. Working with him during a stressful period he listened and encouraged me, and we have been tweaking the plan as we go. I am immensely grateful that my GP recommended him! He helped me feel confident again.
