Connor arrived at the nominated time. He got straight to work. He kept me appraised of the work he needed to do. When he found the problem, he showed me the faulty part. He supplied the replacement part and fitted it in place. He re-installed the toilet. He left the area clean and tidy.We are happy with the repair.
