worst real state not proffessional it alredy happen 2 time with me they advertise the property and when i request for private inspection they always reply that the fist inspection will be these days for public there is no private inspection and after one day they put it under offer this is wrong guys everyone should treated equally worst working system and worst agents
Moving our investment property from another agency to PJ Murphy has definitely been the right move. Nerissa is an amazing property manager, and it is due to her willingness to help and support her clients that we were able to buy a second property sight unseen. She now manages the rental of both properties for us and does so in a very professional and friendly manner.
I truly don’t know where to start when it comes to reviewing Nerissa Watson, she has been an absolute God send when it comes to managing our property. Coming from Property Management myself it has been hard to find the perfect fit when it comes to meeting our needs and expectations, Nerissa constantly surpasses them at every turn.
