Would absolutely recommend PJ Murphy to sell your home. All the team were friendly and professional in all their dealings with us. Leon Kowski was wonderful. He was very approachable and always available for any questions we had. We were kept up to date at all times by Leon and definitely felt like we were in safe hands.
The rental service for landlords property owner is downright unprofessional, not caring and non responsive. Actually incompetent. Cos we bought from them hence our lethargy got better of us to not change. The people you deal with can’t understand clear instructions and on repeated basis our calls for escalations with the agency principal was not responded to. One of the worst - for tenancy management. Leon Kowski from P J Murphy Wodonga looked after the sale of our home and I was most impressed with this professionalism and knowledge of the area. Leon was always punctual and rang me back when he missed my call. Very easy personality and I trusted him from the first time we met. Leon,s enthusiasm was fabulous and put me and my husband at ease about selling and he listened to what we wanted as well.
