This is the most pathetic real estate agent around Albury Wodonga. Kicked me out of my unit for renovations that didn't even get done as the unit was up for rent two days after I moved out. So they lied about why they were evicting me. Do not trust this real estate as there are better ones around who won't lie as to what the reason is for kicking you out and are a lot better at looking after their tenants. Would absolutely recommend PJ Murphy to sell your home. All the team were friendly and professional in all their dealings with us. Leon Kowski was wonderful. He was very approachable and always available for any questions we had. We were kept up to date at all times by Leon and definitely felt like we were in safe hands.
The rental service for landlords property owner is downright unprofessional, not caring and non responsive. Actually incompetent. Cos we bought from them hence our lethargy got better of us to not change. The people you deal with can’t understand clear instructions and on repeated basis our calls for escalations with the agency principal was not responded to. One of the worst - for tenancy management.
