I found myself needing a medical centre on a Sunday. I was so surprised with Pitt Street Medical Centre in Merrylands. It was clean, the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I was quoted around an hr for the wait time however my daughter saw a Dr much sooner than that. Parking was easy and with a pharmacy attached we purchased the medication and headed straight home. It was very convenient. We had a great experience, thank you to the staff that assisted us. 10/10
⭐ 0/5 If I could leave zero stars, I would. The customer service from the receptionists has been extremely disappointing. I understand their job can be stressful but there’s no excuse for being visibly rude. Politeness and a little kindness go a long way, especially when you're dealing with people who are unwell and already vulnerable.
They have the worst service in this centre. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Firstly, their receptionist doesn't know how to do their job. I had an appointment with the GP and after my appointment I went to the reception to pay my bill but she was so busy gossiping with her friend she didn't even realize that I was standing there for so long and when I asked her she checked my papers and send me off and when I asked her again if I need to do anything here she said no and before I ask anything she was already busy yapping with... read more
The staff were very attentive and helpful. I dealt with Isabelle at reception and she was absolutely fantastic. The doctor I saw was very lively and intelligent. Great medical centre.
