They updated the operating hours from closing at 8pm to closing at 6pm and didn’t advise the customers or update the times on the front door. Got to the centre at 7pm and they were closed. The pharmacy next door was open and wanted to charge me $35 for a Telehealth consultation to give me a referral for a previously existing injury.
booked at 1:10pm online, didn’t get seen until 2:05pm. doctor said he called out to me twice, however, he only bothered to call out to the front as I was sitting at the back and did not hear him one bit.. his voice was so low that he was lucky I was paying attention the 3rd time or I would have missed it again. DO NOT GO HERE. Reception is terrible beyond words, it’s a miracle they are allowed to do the things they do. They will book appointments then lie to you and say the doctor isn't in, or will say that your doctor doesn't take appointments…..after they booked you in for one. Wait times are often almost or more than 2 hours even with an appointment. On top of that, they are rude, condescending, and incompetent. Unless you’re desperate I suggest you find somewhere else. Hi guys if you want go toilet need visit this medical because some shet responsibility you can see and DRs don't see patients or sick person if say something don't like if you say something deferent the well sleep in couch , 😂😆 Just DR MSS m don't know why try make distortion actually this medical dosent h ave even one star but unfortunately don't have that option
The female doctor I took my daughter to see would not even listen to anything me and her case worker had to say We waited an hour in unsanitary conditions with a packed.out waiting room to see the doctor for not more than 30 seconds she was rude did not want to hear the reasons we were there and her answer was to take my daughter to emergency at the hospital which is ridiculous as she doesn't have any bad medical issues.She needed help with psych.I would never recommend this place to any of my family or friends and would avo... read more
