I visited the medical centre on Thursday and immediately noticed how busy it was. There was a woman at the front reception wearing a headscarf who was doing an amazing job keeping everyone informed about waiting times and reassuring patients that they would be seen. It was clear she had a huge workload she was constantly helping patients, listening to their concerns, and at the same time responding to doctors and nurses calling her. My mother recently had an emergency at this medical centre and I cannot thank the staff enough. As soon as I arrived, I put my mothers down at reception and the receptionist who works there full-time immediately noticed that I wasn’t feeling well. She and her manager were incredibly observant and acted quickly, giving me immediate attention and taking me straight to the treatment room. Mikayla is absolutely incredible! I came in on a Friday night and she was working at the front, and I have to say she made the whole experience so much easier. Even though it was busy, she stayed calm, friendly, and super organised. She greeted everyone with a smile, helped explain wait times, and made sure everything ran smoothly. If I could give this medical centre more stars I would! I have been coming to this medical centre for years, and honestly, I couldn’t recommend it enough. The service of both the doctors and reception staff are amazing. I’ve been to many other centres around the area, but this one is by far my favourite. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, quality care 💯
Hands down the worst medical centre in the area! I came in today to see Dr Salama for my 2 year old son who was admitted at emergency over the weekend. It was very important for him to get checked today as directed by our hospital. Dr salama knows my son’s history therefore I decided to go to her knowing that she doesn’t take bookings. I waited 3hours!! My son was having a meltdown due to sickness, tiredness and from being hyped up by some lady’s very active kid who she didn’t give a damn about.
