Absolutely fantastic experience! The receptionist Nadia was incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. She made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Her positive attitude and professionalism were outstanding. She explained everything clearly and answered all our questions with patience. Thank you Nadia service like this is very rare keep up the amazing work!
They updated the operating hours from closing at 8pm to closing at 6pm and didn’t advise the customers or update the times on the front door. Got to the centre at 7pm and they were closed. The pharmacy next door was open and wanted to charge me $35 for a Telehealth consultation to give me a referral for a previously existing injury.
booked at 1:10pm online, didn’t get seen until 2:05pm. doctor said he called out to me twice, however, he only bothered to call out to the front as I was sitting at the back and did not hear him one bit.. his voice was so low that he was lucky I was paying attention the 3rd time or I would have missed it again. Constantly on hold you go from second in the queue and 20 minutes later you’re seventh in the queue how does that work?… receptionists are useless .. On another occasion Called up the centre was on hold for 15 mins so I decided to drive to the centre while still on hold , walked in to the centre 20 minutes later still on hold two girls at the front reception desk having a conversation and laughing with each other none of them were on the phone plus there was another two girls in the back area…waited at least another 3 minut... read more
Nice doctor and reception, we looked for the doctor to check my daughter CT scan report, we got them to help us at Saturday night. Explains the details so we don’t need to worried the whole night.
