If you're in need of a knowledgeable and professional physiotherapist, I could not recommend Matt and the Phytness team highly enough. On top of being extraordinarily well versed in his field, Matt is also very friendly and made me feel comfortable within the first minute of my consultation. I had no movement in my back when I started kyle was really adaptive to my needs and my ability to be able to exercise. Through one on one hydrotherapy and physical exercise I have all but regained my full movement back with next to none restrictions.if I was sick or couldn't make it Adaptive health would go out of their way to make another appointment. Such an amazing team all-round! Since the beginning of my treatment in 2019, everyone from the physios and exercise physiologists, to the admin team, has been so kind and accommodating. Switching between professionals for differing needs is wonderfully easy, and the administrative team is always responsive and helpful, whether it is in person or over the phone - especially if your health status changes. Luke had been working with our daughter for the last 2 years . He is very attentive and dedicated to the time he has with her to get the very most out of every session. He is always looking for new ideas and open to suggestions and i know he has the best intentions and shares our goal of getting her as far as we can in terms of recovery. Highly recommend Luke and the team at Adaptive .

Lee and the team at Adaptive are amazing. I have seen Lee for womens health throughout my pregnancies and postpartum. My husband has also sought services and has had the exact same experience. Always great customer service and so welcoming.
