AJ totally set me on the right track for a quicker recovery after a knee replacement. She managed to loosen a lot of my muscle and swelling stiffness and gave me great relief.AJ gave me exercises to do while I am away to keep up the contiuity. AJ has helped me a number of times over several years for various issues I have had. She is effective , thoughtful and kind.
Anna-Jane was able to pinpoint my sciatica nerve pain root cause in the first session after unsuccessfully treating it with other Physio therapists. The exercises she recommended reduced my sciatica pain to zero, letting me regain quality of life. I only wish I had found Physio Therapy Yoga earlier instead of losing my time with other physio therapies.
