The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when helping to understand how everything worked and the processes. Sascha, the Physio was super friendly and helpful. He explained everything and gave options. The cost was not over the top and the receptionist walked me through the best payment method for my needs. I didn’t feel like I was a problem and they were happy to explain the best coarse for me with payment and return visits. A very enjoyable experience all round.
