I was made very welcome, both when I rang to make a booking and when I arrived for my appointment. My physiotherapist, Naveen , was very gentle, treating me with kindness and understanding. I was worried about my condition and came away feeling confident that my treatment would in effect make me feel better. My examination and questioning was thorough and made me feel less anxious and more relaxed ( which, in itself was beneficial!). Andi Dowling is the best physio and an excellent diagnostician! She is extremely thorough in her assessment and meticulous in taking a patient history! All of this and she is the most positive, energetic and kind person. What a woman! 10/10!
I really liked the 2 receptionist they are both professional and well mannered . I found my appointment with feros he is polite and helpful and showed empathy to me My right knee was very painful and he ask questions about how my injury occurred. I explained I might have done it at work. He did all the assessment task about my knee, after that he gave a good gentle massage on my knee. I highly recommend feros. I've been going to Physica YV for quite a few years now. Andi has fixed everything from my frozen shoulder to dodgy knees to a bulging disc in my back (twice!). She's extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring and honest and I can't recommend her enough.
Physio listened carefully to me and I’m receiving excellent care. Not overloaded with exercises but seeing progress. Reception staff also very kind.
