I had a very helpful remedial massage with Carla on Saturday. She was attentive to my needs and effective in bringing relief to sore muscle. She helped me feel much more comfortable. The session seemed to fly by and I’ll certainly return when I need relief again. It was a very soothing and relaxing experience.
I worked with Lachlan throughout my entire rehab journey, following multiple surgeries and injuries to my ankle, knee, hip, back, and shoulder. His approach was consistent, professional, and genuinely supportive through every stage of recovery. I really valued his knowledge and practical advice, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. The staff are also friendly and helpful.
I had seen Daniel for a couple times now. He is a very experienced physiotherapist, identifying my problems quickly and did a great job for my treatment. I already felt better in a short time. I have been a patient at Physica Ringwood for over 15 years and highly recommend them. The care is outstanding and all of the staff are lovely. My regular treatment is essential for my condition and Physica keep my body in shape and moving.
Great service. Friendly, willing to answer all questions with a full detailed explanation. Exercises given are demonstrated, observed, corrected if necessary, and definitely planned so as to be able to be done. Plenty of time given to each consultation.
