In April this year I attended a GLA.D program at Physica Knoxfield. I had already seen a specialist (Frances Ma) at Knox Private and he recommended the course rather than undergoing knee surgery. This was a 12 session course run by one of their Physiotherapists, Hayley. As my wife and I were going on a holiday to Europe in late April I was keen for the course to be successful and quickly. Painful bulging discs in my lower back. Been to numerous physios in the last few year but Sarah and the staff at Physica were great. Fit me in at short notice and Sarah was great at clearly explaining what the problem was and what to do about it. I won’t be going anywhere else. Thanks
I chose Physica Knoxfield for a workcover injury and im so glad I chose them. The staff have been so helpful with the process. Ben McLaren is looking after my injury and he is very professional and my recovery is going great. I will definitely recommend Physica to friends and family.
I have been going to Physica Knoxfield for quite a few years and progressively been improving on all my ailments. All the physio's are very good and are very experienced and once you explain your problem, they can sort it out quickly if it is a minor problem or if it is a mayor problem this can take months. I would highly recommend all physio's at Physica
Trish has been wonderful in helping me with my back recovery. The exercises has targeted the areas where it was needed and she helps me with strengthening the core muscles once mostly recovered :) I would definitely recommend her :)
