Phillip Medical & Dental Centre has been our go to for few years now, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of the care we’ve received. From the moment we walk in, the reception team makes us feel welcome and well looked after. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely take the time to listen. I had a great experience at Phillip Medical & Dental Centre. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. She handled everything quickly and professionally, which really set a positive tone for the visit. The medical staff were equally caring and efficient. I truly appreciate the warm and organised environment — highly recommended!
The Dr my son saw today prescribed a form of medication that doesn’t exist, and this was after confirming with a “Senior GP”. She informed us she was new, was approachable, however, no confidence was instilled in me and when filling the prescription, I was not surprised to be told that what was prescribed didn’t work exist. Still had to pay the full fee having been messed around during the appointment, paying to a receptionist who couldn’t even be bothered to make eye contact.
I am very impressed by the care I have received by this practice. Dr Nikhil is an amazing doctor with good manners, excellent knowledge and took good care of me and my family in need. He explains everything very clearly and patiently. Staff is professional, welcoming and efficient.
