Me and my family have been visiting this clinic for a while now. Really helpful GPs but the Nepalese woman at the reception today was very rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment today but the receptionist told me that my GP was behind schedule so she decided to book me with another doctor without even asking me. I politely responded that I would rather wait for my doctor. It was a very disappointing experience. I had an appointment with Dr. Lynnette Wallace at 12:45 and checked in ten minutes early. I waited outside for 44 minutes, but no one called me. Since I had to return to work in the afternoon, I asked the receptionist when I would be able to see the doctor（The two receptionist are polite)The receptionist told me that the doctor would return at 2:00! I'm here for 3 months, so as a new member of Australian society I was a bit nervous, especially since it was about my daughter. I'm very satisfied of my visit there. The personnel very polite and the doctor gave me all the information that I needed. She was very kind and willing to answer in all my questions. Thank you! (Vasileia Konou)

I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment and greeted by both two receptionsts efficiently and with big warm smiles, I felt like I was being received at an international hotel as a valued customer. The doctor was efficient, although I did feel a little rushed and forgot to ask for a new script which required me calling back. The cost $100 for approximately 5-10 mins was a lot, however, I was able to have a blood test on the spot and the doctor was respectful and showed lots of confidence. The receptionist at the radiography is far way to be able to handle the job as in customer service. 1st she was rude and while explaining the time slot to have my X-ray done - she was instead blabbing when should I come and Donot come !! I was there during lunch time and I was happy to wait coz I was in pain ( thus GP recommended to have X-ray to see if any bone was broken or so) .
