Zero stars if I could give it. Do not come to this clinic. I booked because I needed an urgent medical appointment with a female doctor as I was experiencing “female” issues. I called ahead and asked for a female doctor in which the receptionist said that they had so I had booked with them. Little did I know this was the absolute worst choice of my life. I sincerely thank Dr John Greblo at Phillip Medical & Dental Centre for his excellent care. He was professional, polite, and attentive, taking the time to examine my eye and explain everything clearly so I understood my treatment. His thoroughness, patience, and kindness made me feel confident and well looked after. I highly recommend Dr Greblo to anyone seeking an experienced and compassionate GP.
I arrived on time and my GP was on time, transfer to wound nurse was without delay for dressing change and I achieved an appointment with a skin doctor in the centre as well based on DR's referral! Success all round.
Had gone there at 2:00 PM on a Saturday 22/11/2025 and the lady there said they have closed even though the closing is at 2:00 pm on Saturdays as per their timings, even after mentioning to the lady that I have driven down from country side and need the test done today she refused any accommodation and said they don’t get paid extra, while I was having this conversation another gentleman who was present at the pathology is supposedly the courier pick up guy picking up samples, who then said bye to the lady and left and the l... read more
First timer. Receptionists in all areas were helpful & polite. Was able to get me in straight away. Dr Chong very thorough. Handy having everything altogether. Found signage to different areas very poor.
