Unfortunately, this was the worst real estate I’ve ever rented with. Throughout the tenancy, and especially at the end, Perth Realty demonstrated poor communication and a lack of basic organisation. We regularly had to follow up multiple times to receive responses. On more than one occasion, I had to inform the property manager of their obligation to issue the correct written entry notices, as required under the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 (WA). Perth Realty have looked after our properties exceptionally well, especially while we were working overseas. They maintained excellent communication and coordinated repairs and renovations seamlessly, making the whole process stress-free. Our tenants are also very happy and well looked after.
