Call out for a E15 error on my Bosch Series 6 dishwasher. $165 to diagnose a leak that can’t be repaired… Given its new status as an oversized paperweight I dismantled it myself to see if I could find the leak… one extremely clogged labyrinth and one slightly kinked seal on a pump, hard to tell where the leak was coming from but after cleaning seals and reassembling everything there is no longer a leak and it’s been working perfectly for a dozen cycles. The diagnosis was clearly bs and I just saved myself at least $1000
This place is fair and great service. First time I used the place, my dishwasher magically started working when he pressed the button and itvworked so he didn’t charge me extra just the call out fee. I was happy with that. The second time I’ve used them I asked for pension discount and they gave md $10 off, and was quite good in explaining as he was going about what’s wrong and how I can stop it from happening again I appreciated the know how, and the help. Excellent Customer Service - even when they had to reschedule. Very polite, tidy, professional installation and removal. Very happy to recommend.
Excellent customer service technician arrived on time on both occasions firstly to diagnose the problem with our dishwasher which was not worth repairing. We were given a quote to replace the unit which we accepted and 2 days later our new unit was installed can’t get much better than that
Service was great from start to finish. Took away the old dishwasher and packaging from new. Cleaned up
