Amazing gym with a friendly atmosphere. Coach Shane is a true fitness mentor and is very professional. I never thought I would enjoy strength training ever in my life.. The gym also has a gated kids corner which is fantastic. I highly recommend.

I really enjoy training at PERspire. The programs change regularly, which keeps things fun and challenges me in new ways. My posture and strength have improved a lot. The check-ins and body scans are so encouraging and help me see my progress.

I’m lucky to have this gym only a short walk from home. No excuse not to go and do a workout. No crowds, no waiting for equipment (mostly). Coach Shane sets me up with new exercises every 6 weeks and makes sure I know what I’m doing so I keep safe. The app used is definitely useful or I would just forget what I was doing and how to do it correctly. I’m nearing 70 years old and haven’t exercised for a decade or 3. I’m improving a little more every week. Thanks.

I've been training with Shane at PERspire Fitness Hub for over three years, and it's been an incredible experience. His expertise has helped me master proper exercise techniques, and the programs are not only enjoyable but have significantly boosted my overall fitness. Unlike a typical commercial gym, PERspire Fitness Hub offers a unique, close-knit environment where the limited number of members creates a welcoming, community-like atmosphere rather than just a place to work out alone.

I’m sooo very grateful to have found PERspire! I was suffering with anxiety & struggles of feeling stuck mentally & emotionally & physically. This program is absolutely amazing. I really feel like it has saved me. Thanks to Shane for being so helpful. He’s a real talent at what he does. I would always yoyo through mu life with my weight. Here, i am held accountable and it keeps me on track! Best place ever, great support and great people, it’s like my family 🥰 .I really appreciate it! 🙏
