My brother was arrested and remanded on three serious charges. At his initial court appearance, he was briefly defended by Legal Aid, which provided only a brief consultation regarding his charges. It is always daunting when you recommend a legal firm to a client especially when it could mean a person's freedom. My son was represented by a junior lawyer(Jade) which I have the receipt records, email & court attendance. So your reply is not correct! I have given one star because I feel Jade did not have the experience needed to represent my son on a schedule 2 bail application. We basically wasted our money and time with this lawyer. She did not speak to my son prior to the application (3 weeks) nor did she ask the right information leading up.
