I dealt with Sue recently to try to have a Will created for me. I chose this company because of a good review on Money Hub, which I usually find give good guidance. Not in this case. Not only was there no one to greet me when I arrived on time for my appointment, it seemed as though someone was hastily arranged to talk with me. My partner has been taken for an absolute ride by these people. They have made empty promises after another and only have their own best interest at heart. Glad I don’t have any of my own money invested with these people. Bunch of clowns

Would have given this a 1 star if I had reviewed 6 months ago. I switched trust managers and have had such a fantastic experience since then! Make sure you meet with whoever is managing your affairs, and ask to change if you aren't happy.

my grandmother died when I was 10 leaving me a huge inheritance of around $48,000 that I cannot access until I’m 25. Each year $1,000+ is taken out of that in fees. By the time I’m 25 there will be next to nothing left thanks to your company!

If the staff who drive their branded cars behave to cyclists on the road how they treat their customers then avoid this place like the plague. The older white man was rude and abusive to me, whilst I was cycling, then tried to run me off the road. Apparently cyclists aren’t humans or potential customers?
