Stay clear of this company. At first I thought the company was going to be different to the atrocious Public Trust, and insread advocate for my elderly father with Alzhimers best interests under a PPPR Order & assist the transition from having a company acting for him to having myself acting on his behalf. it was easy to get an appointment to fit in with us. We arrived early and we're taken in for our interview early (no waiting). Interview was comprehensive and agent very helpful and knowledgeable. We left very happy with all decisions.

AVOID this company, especially if a client lacks capacity. It took them 2yrs+ to provide beneficiary financial statements. They do not comply with trust law, they stonewall and so avoid an outright refusal to comply.Hey! it's called nouveau management & is a very effective way to manage clients.The estate is invoiced so P/Guardian is never the loser.

We have finally had a chance to review the financial statements prepared by PG prior to the settlement of the new property. The financial statements prepared and provide by GP are complete rubbish and I struggle to see where any of the figures have been collected from. While the front page states they have not been audit, the summaries clearly have not been reviewed by anyone with any financial knowledge.
