The advice and guidance I got from Perpetual Guardian was outstanding. I highly recommend using them for all your Trust, Wills and Retirement needs. Sheila gave me sound advice and recommendations to enable me to incorporate all the rules in New Zealand. Thank you Perpetual Guardian.
Service was very good, very friendly and relaxing conversation for my peace of mind. Brings clarity knowing things are organized and dealt with if the unthinkable happens, would highly recommend, thanks again
Service was okay but promises did not deliver so I had to chase things up. I think too many people get involved in the process which slows action down.
Spoke to Nico on the phone today after I wasn’t able to get through to my local branch and was forwarded to the Auckland branch - absolutely amazing. He was so friendly and helpful with the questions I had and put my mind at ease with my situation. Such a pleasure to speak with you Nico.
If your looking for an agency to administer your deceased family members estate, then at no point should you engage with the services of PG! They completely lack any form of competence or transparency. I strongly recommend giving PG a very wide birth!
