Pelican Cairnlea have been so helpful with any questions we had. The care they show is not only towards the kids but extends to their families as well. The daily updates are very prompt and allows you to have insight in your child day. The educators there are very attentive and cater for bubs needs.
I had a very disappointing experience with this childcare centre. My son attended the centre in late 2023, and within just a few weeks, he was moved to a younger class without any notification or explanation to me as a parent. I was very concerned about the quality of care in the new class, as I didn’t observe any meaningful engagement or proper attention given to my child during that time. Have had a great experience with Pelican Cairnlea. My son started in November 2024 and has thrived under the educators guidance. Very happy and strongly recommend the team.
From the very beginning, the educators and staff have been warm and welcoming. Julie has been very supportive on our family throughout and is always helpful. The communication from the centre is excellent. We are always kept up to date with our child’s development and daily activities through the app and in-person chats.
