I can’t say enough good things about this centre. Simi and Jenna are approachable and professional, and the whole team is friendly and supportive. Polly and Chelsea are always helpful at pick ups, even when I’m running late. All the educators make families feel welcome and really support the kids. An absolutely amazing team of educators who have always help settle my kids and helped them learn so much more especially one with speech delay and another who is a fussy eater. A huge thank you to Gurwinder, Polly, Shirin, Maria, Raman, Anis, Priya, Revathy, Jacquie, Chelsea and Maricel you all are phenomenal in everything you do. This review is specifically for the staff at Pelican Craigieburn. The team on the ground are kind, patient, creative and genuinely care. I believe there are broader higher management issues that could be improved, but the educators and centre staff themselves deserve recognition. They are the reason we’ve stayed. They create the best environment for our kids.
We had a wonderful experience at this childcare centre. A heartfelt thank you to Polly / Raman / Anees/ Maria, who all are amazing educators and showed great care and dedication, and to Simmi, the centre manager, for running the centre so professionally and warmly. The kindergarten graduation ceremony was beautifully organised and truly special. We’re very grateful for the care and support given to our son . Highly recommended.
Highly recommend this centre. We've had both our boys in here. Last 7yrs this place and the educators became our family. Such a sad time saying goodbye. My youngest just came to visit because he's been really missing everyone. Simi polly anis chelsea and everyone else has been truly amazing. Seeing the growth of our boys over the years, knowledge of everything learnt and behaviour changing has been remarkable. Thank you for all those years. ❤️
