We have been with Pelican since my son was 18months old, and the care is exceptional. The educators are warm, passionate, and really take the time to get to know each child, building their own relationships with each other. I feel completely confident leaving my children here, knowing they are safe, loved, and supported every day. The staff-child ratios feel appropriate, and the center is always clean and engaging, and with their inhouse chef cooking a variety of foods my children love Im one happy mum! Highly recommend!
We’ve had a wonderful experience with this centre. My elder child attended this daycare (2021-2024) and we were extremely happy with the care, support and overall environment. And because of that trust we enrolled our younger one as well. Once again they’ve exceeded our expectations. He has developed his social skills and looks forward to attending every day. At first I was worried about my daughter thinking she might take a while to settle but the educators been so nice and experienced that in just a week or so she was settled. Dropping off never became an issue after that. Getting all the live updates and activity photos on app keeps on informed. Special thanks to Gurinder and Shireen with whom my daughter feels comfortable a lot.Also thanks to center manager Simi being very approachable and to the entire educator team and the chef of course.
