We are so pleased with the care our grandchildren receive at this childcare centre. The educators are caring, supportive, and genuinely invested in the children. Management is always responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. It's a wonderful centre, and we highly recommend it.
When we drop our child off, we feel safe and at ease because the staff are attentive, friendly, and reassuring throughout the process. The childcare centre stays clean and well kept, and the rooms feel safe and orderly.
We have been extremely impressed by the management team (Tash and Sarah) and all of the educators at Pelican Childcare in Coburg, in particular his room educators Sarah and Massi. They have provided a warm and welcoming environment where we have been able to have peace of mind that our son is well cared for. Our son loves attending the centre and has learnt a lot, made friends and gained confidence. The staff are all very supportive, kind and caring and provide a great learning environment with lots of activities.
My kids have attended a few other childcare centers as we moved around from the West to the North. However, Pelican Childcare has been far the most best one of all. All staff are friendly, caring and helpful. They have an amazing kinder program. My son had speech delay and since he has started at Pelican he has improved in all aspects of development.
