Since peard used the ourtenant app the experience has a nightmare come true.. The lack or empathy and zero response from agents like natalie baird and Juanita Paul made me sick to the stomach. I spent over 20 hours following up urgent maintenance issues. I was even left to sort out yellow water my self by Juanita. She would even threaten to charge me if the request didnt meet her standards. Considering I've never met these people or had a pleasant interaction even once. Peard realty was great, had quick and easy communication. Cristina kept me updated the whole time. Love the idea of using an app to keep up to date with rental payments and other property updates.
