Heat Pump System failed on Weekend. Phil came Monday and Fan Motor was locked up. Fan Motor was quickly replaced and then we spotted a tiny leak in the copper connecting pipes. It was due to chewing by Vermin. Piping was replaced and all AOK . We had Hot Water very quickly. . Much appreciation for Phil staying late to repair copper piping.

Phil replaced our old gas water heater with a new Sanden Eco Heat Pump. He took the time to explain in detail all of our options, and once we’d made up our mind had the new one neatly installed in no time at all. Will happily use Phil in the future.
