Phil was outstanding in his initial consultation regarding the selection of our Panasonic Hot Water Heat Pump & 250L Reclaim stainless steel tank, together with a V1 wall mounted non-Wifi controller. In our initial phone consultation he meticulously explained how the technology worked and also visited our property before the install date to assess the space where the heat pump and tank were to be installed. He came the very next day to inspect the system and, after confirming it could not be repaired, he set up a temporary solution while we waited for the new one to arrive. I contacted Pathfinder about an urgent matter. The tap fitting under my kitchen sink had broken overnight and there was some water on the floor of kitchen.
