I recently sold my wife’s car to pacific Toyota cairns the buyer Mark was straight no problem but when l talked to a sales person about a car on the forecourt the service was basically smoke mirrors and lies if my schedule was not so tight l would have walked away from the deal when l asked for my deposit back on the car l was going to purchase he then offered me a better deal, $2000 which l agreed on ,after the test drive the $ 2000 turned into 1000 and the 2 keys he said the car had turned in to 1 key . Dishonest and deceitful- would not recommend. Did a dealer to dealer purchase - negotiated a fair price including balance of registration. Paid for the vehicle in full (all on the same day) and they cancelled the rego prior to delivery. Have tried to resolve directly but they won’t engage. Was dealing with David Di Lucchio the Used car manager.
