Used Car Buyers Beware New salesmen - Old tricks ... with the use of click bait. Wow!! What a waste of my time and a waste of a Saturday... I enquired, with intent to purchase, a vehicle from this mob on the day before Cairns Showday holiday. I live more than 100kms away from Cairns. This is the worst toyota Dealer I have ever dealt with. I am currently travelling and booked my car - Landcruiser 200 series in for service. I also notified them, prior to this that I have had a check fuel filter maintenance come up on the Dash. They told me it would take 3 weeks to look at this but the manual says dont drive the car. This is obviously an unreasonable request. They then said well try and limit it. From day one Martin was very helpful in explaining the details of my new car and ensured everything went smoothly with all paperwork. Anthony was very helpful with finance and Shanae was also very helpful with explaining the best extras for my car. The whole team is very friendly and dedicated to excellent customer care.
