Receptionist are rude and they make you hate to go see your doctor unfortunately I don't feel like coming so I don't have to deal with the woman with dark skinned short hair she is absolutely horrible with customer service she makes you wait for long time then says to line up again because she isn't willing to give 2 minutes of her time to help a patient i had doctor instructions to give her but she was just acting with attitude. I want to extend my sincere thanks to Dr. Jolly for the outstanding service and care. Despite the booking being incorrectly listed as a standard consultation instead of an IUD removal and insertion, Dr. Jolly went above and beyond. I took my daughter on for a check up as she was facing severe blocked nose and cough. I saw a Chinese doctor, despite of telling her the symptom aligned with cold and flu, with no runny nose, fever etc.... she advised my daughter to take claratyne. took the prescription medication to the chemist that they have , the pharmacist was confused as to why my daughter was given that medication just for cold n flu.
