I’ve been coming to this medical centre for a long time, and unfortunately my experience has consistently been disappointing. In the past, I’ve had to wait hours for appointments, and even after the wait, the doctors are often not welcoming or approachable. Consultations feel rushed, and instead of proper discussion, the doctor simply prints out a generic sheet listing symptoms, causes, and medications, hands it over along with a prescription, and that’s it. I want to sincerely commend the nurse Kathryn who cared for me during my wound dressing. She did an exceptional job and was incredibly thorough, taking the time to carefully clean, debride, and dress my chronically painful leg wound. Her attention to detail and commitment to doing everything properly made a real difference in my care. Beyond her clinical skill, her bedside manner was truly outstanding. Absolutely worst medical centre experience This medical centre is a complete disaster. The level of mismanagement, dishonesty, and lack of basic respect for patients is shocking. 28 December: I called the centre and was told to walk in. When we arrived, we were then asked about an appointment. Completely contradictory. 29 December: I called again and was once more told to walk in. The service is extremely poor. Extremely long wait times. No consideration towards other people commitment or time. No consideration for results marked urgent from Doctor's or staff perspective. When called, the receptionist said "I can tell the doctor that you waiting for her call and this is all I can do for you". As with many other reviews, very dissatisfied with Dr Justine Hester. She is more interested in lecturing patients than discussing concerns and is quick to dismiss any questions the patient may have. Her manner is quite rude and obnoxious and she would rather dismiss a patient by means of referring them unnecessarily to a specialist than actually having to perform her duties as a practitioner and working with the patient to determine their needs.
