Eliza is an excellent receptionist that manages the Pacific Medical Centre patients that arrive to see doctors usually after hours. I want to extend my sincere thanks to Dr. Jolly for the outstanding service and care. Despite the booking being incorrectly listed as a standard consultation instead of an IUD removal and insertion, Dr. Jolly went above and beyond. She took the time to arrange an ultrasound to assess the existing IUD and completed the insertion on the same day — truly exceptional dedication and professionalism. I went to this medical centre a few years ago and I will never return. I was in excruciating pain for months and saw three different doctors because you can never get the same GP there. Each time I explained my severe pain down my right side, back and shoulder, and that I couldn’t eat or sleep, yet they kept sending me for shoulder X-rays with no proper investigation. They used to be good, one of the best places around to go to, up until a few years ago. Now anytime you call them up expect a minimum 5 hour wait, and then a charge for telehealth as they have extremely long wait times. But hey at least they can schedule you in for either the next day or day after (but you can't backdate a cert so that's a complete waste of time). Have even had instances where the queue has been so long they don't even bother calling back.
I took my daughter on for a check up as she was facing severe blocked nose and cough. I saw a Chinese doctor, despite of telling her the symptom aligned with cold and flu, with no runny nose, fever etc.... she advised my daughter to take claratyne. took the prescription medication to the chemist that they have , the pharmacist was confused as to why my daughter was given that medication just for cold n flu.
