The service is extremely poor. Extremely long wait times. No consideration towards other people commitment or time. No consideration for results marked urgent from Doctor's or staff perspective. When called, the receptionist said "I can tell the doctor that you waiting for her call and this is all I can do for you". It took more than 35 mins for them to call me back and it's almost an hour that I am still waiting for Doctor's call. Mind you the appointment was scheduled at 12:15pm. I want to sincerely commend the nurse Kathryn who cared for me during my wound dressing. She did an exceptional job and was incredibly thorough, taking the time to carefully clean, debride, and dress my chronically painful leg wound. Her attention to detail and commitment to doing everything properly made a real difference in my care. Beyond her clinical skill, her bedside manner was truly outstanding. As with many other reviews, very dissatisfied with Dr Justine Hester. She is more interested in lecturing patients than discussing concerns and is quick to dismiss any questions the patient may have. Her manner is quite rude and obnoxious and she would rather dismiss a patient by means of referring them unnecessarily to a specialist than actually having to perform her duties as a practitioner and working with the patient to determine their needs.
Eliza is an excellent receptionist that manages the Pacific Medical Centre patients that arrive to see doctors usually after hours. I have had the pleasure of booking my appointment through her whenever I need to see my doctor. Eliza always cheerfully greets everyone with a smile and sincere greeting as she takes our bookings. Receptionist are rude and they make you hate to go see your doctor unfortunately I don't feel like coming so I don't have to deal with the woman with dark skinned short hair she is absolutely horrible with customer service she makes you wait for long time then says to line up again because she isn't willing to give 2 minutes of her time to help a patient i had doctor instructions to give her but she was just acting with attitude.
