I had a great experience at Pacific Medical Centre. The staff are highly professional and welcoming, and the doctors are knowledgeable, attentive, and truly care about their patients. I have been visiting this medical centre been 11 years. It’s service is quite improved now in dealing with emergency or injuries. Currently I am seeing Dr Begum. She is very kind, humble and caring doctor. She do not ignore anything and look at your health issue deeply and listen to everything attentively. Highly recommended. If I could give zero stars I would. I have booked two seperate Telehealth appointments at seperate times and the doctor has not called. If doctors do not wish to follow through with these services, then simply don’t offer this service to patients. (Dr. Yolanda Yan specifically). It’s really frustrating waiting on a call and not receiving one, and then, needing to request a seperate appointment with a different doctor. Why the waiting time is hours? Whenever call to reception for general inquiries prior visiting the centre, call never gets answered. Why? Is it really 58 patients in queue to answer phone calls.? If opted to chose call back service never ever received any phone call back from this practice. What a Wastage of time .
