Receptionist not doing their jobs properly, We were asked how many patients awaiting in front and they don’t tell. We been waiting almost 2hrs. If we been told, we would do our own time management to come back. Times are valuable for everyone.
The staff at Pacific Med was so exceptional 👏 they go way beyond expectations of their duty as a health care provider! When I came in with my son being so unwell with the flu and was vomiting the front receptionist/Manager approached us with a vomit bag and gave us water 💧 and continually checked up on us until we saw the doctor who was also so pleasant and helpful with giving my son the right care! I attended the clinic last week and had a very good experience. the reception lady at Physio (down the back of the centre) is lovely and very accommodating and took the time to help answer my questions and book me in for another appointment. it was VERY busy and she had no-one to help her but she was great and very patient with me.
Staff are great but communication is so poor. I attended the centre at 7am as that’s there opening time but there was no doctors till 8am and 6 patients waiting already. Booked a Telehealth appointment on the 11/07 Thursday with Dr Salman Amjad 11:20Am. Waited till 6pm and still no call so I called the centre my self and spoke to Uthman the receptionist he said he couldn’t see my appointment on the system. Receptionist are very rude and don't know how to talk properly and they gives you so much of attitude, no respect at all towards the patients at this medical centre. To improve the service they need to replace the Receptionists they have currently . Doctors are amazing there .There is no option to give zero rating for customer service otherwise I would have done that.
