Very recent and unpleasant experiences relating my request to see a female doctor due to my full time working hours and preferred early hour visit to the medical centre. Hi all, it’s a feedback for medical centre itself. The appointment was scheduled for 3pm and then got a call that it’s been rescheduled to 4pm without our consent. Further, at 4pm was told to wait. The doctor did not attend till 5:15. We went to reception and asked them, how long would it take and she said to go and keep waiting and didn’t let us know how long would it take. I made a walk in appointment on a Saturday and was told there would be a 3 patient wait (3 patients before me). I then proceeded to wait 2 hours and I’d noticed that the people that had arrived after me were being called in. I then spoke to the receptionist and they said it would be another person before me, but at this point I had watched at least 7 or 8 people be called in. I was in need of a sufficient supply of medication before going overseas for three months, but Dr. Hester was unwilling to provide the necessary prescription.
