Accidentally locked ourselves out of the house late on a thursday night (with a real dodgy door) and had a young man named Levi come out to help. Levi wasn't far away, was approachable with a positive attitude and got us open for a reasonable fee, especially considering we called at least 3 places that all gave a quote for considerably more, and either were further away or didn't sound as trustworthy.
