Just had a half head of foils and root smudge by Hope to achieve caramel tones. Once I got home I could see the colours properly in the light and what an amazing job she did. I haven’t had my hair coloured in 18 months and had remains of dark brown at the bottom. It looks stunning thank you so much Hope look forward to coming back :)

Really nice salon and really lovely owner. However, I had a hair appointment with Lisa. I feel as though she didn’t listen to me during our consultation and I ended up with my hair ruined. I can’t wear it naturally curly anymore so have had to invest is some less damaging straighteners and hair dryer so I can style it every day. i contacted to get my hair cut fixed. the manager was able to fit me in immediately. when i arrived she listened to my requests and was very understanding. the manager has a beautiful gentle soul. she told me i didn't need to pay for the correction even after i asked if i can pay. would recommend her for NOR clients! amazing service!
