O'Neil Real Estate was recommended to us by a colleague and our experience with them so far is 5 star! They assisted us through all the lease process and the least I can say is that their staff and agents are outstanding, very professional and very friendly. I had the pleasure of working with O'Neil Real Estate property management team in WA for my investment house. They were extremely prompt on communication and always on the ball when it came property inspection reporting. I mostly dealt with Jessica Gibbons at O'Neil and I felt like I never needed to worry and if anything was an issue, I would get emailed as well as phone call about it. Very happy and I highly recommend them.
Throughout my history of renting properties, our property manager Trisha Watson is the best we have ever had. She is always doing her absolute best to make sure we are as comfortable as possible and we honestly could not ask for a better property manager. If we had the choice, she would be our pm for all rental properties moving forward because I have never felt as confident knowing a pm has our best interests at heart as Trisha does!
