Good place for medical examination for you. Quiet place than city. Nice staff including doctors and nurses will look after you and give you guidance. Well organised place. Parking available on site.
How unhygienic and not covid safe if the worker behind the front reception upstairs at the medical centre to refill her 600ml water bottle at the water cooler, putting the bottle without the lid on and putting the opening of the bottle (where she would drink from) right on the tap where you dispense the water from. You are meant to use the small paper cups to get water not be mucky and infect the water cooler with your germs, therefore infecting other people who use the same water cooler. Modern clean building with health care services and a chemist. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and my wife or I usually have our good doctor to see when making a convenient appointment time as needed on-line.
The Doctors are fantastic, but the wait times to get in to see someone are extremely long.It is even harder to contact them by phone, with over 30min wait times. Unfortunately they need to lift customer service.
I am utterly appalled by the egregious incompetence and unprofessionalism displayed by this medical practice. My appointment, initially set for 2:30 PM, was unilaterally changed to 5:00 PM via their own communication. Arriving precisely at the rescheduled time, the receptionist insisted my appointment remained at 2:30 PM, placing the blame squarely on me for adhering to their updated instructions.
