I am utterly appalled by the egregious incompetence and unprofessionalism displayed by this medical practice. My appointment, initially set for 2:30 PM, was unilaterally changed to 5:00 PM via their own communication. Arriving precisely at the rescheduled time, the receptionist insisted my appointment remained at 2:30 PM, placing the blame squarely on me for adhering to their updated instructions. Easy going. I did wait a long time to get in. But the doctor apologised. You get them days sadly. But yes I would recommend. The doctors and staff are very accommodating , plenty of parking ! The experience was great.

As a new patient at Old Port Medical & Dental Centre I found the process straightforward. I appreciate the recommendation from a friend to attend this medical clinic who had also had a positive experience. The online booking process was simple and easy to follow to make an appointment. Choice of doctors and expertise is excellent. The wait time to see a Doctor was short/appropriate for a service that also offers urgent care. The reception staff were prompt and helpful. Really lovely, patient and personable staff both reception, nursing and doctors who provide attentive care at short notice. Dr. Simonds listened to my symptoms and will likely be the reason I don't end up in hospital with pneumonia. Highly recommend.

steer well clear of Dr Nakone. Was ment to be a bulk billed appointment for a single parent on a pension ( just for a script nothing else) and was handed a Medicare slip to take to reception desk and told to pay. Receptionist then told me it is doctors decision to charge or not. Dr Nakone was quite well aware that this person was a single parent on a single parenting payment and not working but still charged $80+ dollars BE WELL AWARE OF HIM!
