I am an older male and expect good customer service when it comes to personal health provider. I also moved to the Adelaide Hills and so distance to my previous dental clinic became an issue. I am with BUPA and so rang BUPA for their recommendations of clinics nearby. I am so happy I moved to O''Halloran Hill Dental Clinic. I have been with them now over 18 months and had 2 checkups, a crown and 2 x hygiene cleans. The care and personal atttention I get is first class. The professionalism, thoroughness and communication are amazing. I am so glad that I have attended this dental practice. Dr Taylah worked out a progressive plan for my dental needs and had listened to my concerns regarding the desired outcome for my teeth. Dr Taylah explains every step she takes when working on my teeth. I highly recommend this practice for its very efficient reception staff and it's dental practices.
We are so pleased with our experiences at this dental clinic. The receptionists are friendly, kind and helpful especially with our neurodivergent kids and the dentist and dental assistant are always fantastic - our kids love going to the dentist because of the level of care, collaboration and fun the team brings to the experience. Highly recommended :)
This is a fantastic Dental Clinic. All doctors are very experienced, high quality service and best care every time we go. Every member of my family goes to O'Halloran Hill Dental for many years now, highly recommend. Customer Service from the admin team is wonderful too. Clinic works like a well-oiled machine, very efficient and professional.
Highly recommend. Lovely front office staff - extremely helpful, kind and professional. I saw Dr Max Tu and was very impressed. Knows his stuff, explains each step wonderfully and just a really nice, personable guy. His assistant was also very charming. So happy I found a dentist that makes the whole experience actually enjoyable. Very professional and very caring. I would highly recommend this dentist.
