Very good at explaining what they’re going to do, how much it will cost, and what options are available. Thoroughly followed up on some residual discomfort post-crown. Gentle and respectful with my autistic daughter, and patient with my son as he transitions to an adult looking after his own appointments :) This clinic looks after our family well, from front desk staff, to dentists and assistants.
I haven't been to a dentist for 15 years. Gen x. This was the most professional kind respectful experience with a health professional. I'm so grateful I found this surgery
This is a fantastic Dental Clinic. All doctors are very experienced, high quality service and best care every time we go. Every member of my family goes to O'Halloran Hill Dental for many years now, highly recommend. Customer Service from the admin team is wonderful too. Clinic works like a well-oiled machine, very efficient and professional.
I am an older male and expect good customer service when it comes to personal health provider. I also moved to the Adelaide Hills and so distance to my previous dental clinic became an issue. I am with BUPA and so rang BUPA for their recommendations of clinics nearby. I am so happy I moved to O''Halloran Hill Dental Clinic. The professionalism, thoroughness and communication are amazing. I am so glad that I have attended this dental practice. Dr Taylah worked out a progressive plan for my dental needs and had listened to my concerns regarding the desired outcome for my teeth. Dr Taylah explains every step she takes when working on my teeth. I highly recommend this practice for its very efficient reception staff and it's dental practices.
