For the first time in 30+ years this dental clinic is the first I have actually been comfortable and liked going. Dr Dumi is beyond professional and most importantly to me non judgemental, which made a massive difference. My son only 9 years old and was super anxious, scared and even crying about getting 4 fillings done, he had huge fear of injections, main concern was the Aesthetics inject. Dr Julian Francis was super wonderful and a hero, very professional and positive, made my son feel comfortable and even laugh throughout his produce. I travelled from shepparton to get my wisdom tooth removed by Dr Dumi. I usually get quite anxious during dental procedures, but the care and professionalism I received made all the difference. Their Officer facility is very clean and modern. The staff esp Elise and Camille are accommodating, very kind and makes you feel welcome. Dr. Dumi is the best dentist i've ever met, very professional, knowledgeable, and most of all he will explain to you everything that you need to know and makes you comfortable. Dr Inoka is a fantastic dentist. I have been seeing her for nearly 2 years after issues with previous orthodontic work. Her whole team from dental assistants to reception are so friendly and helpful. I struggle with sensitive teeth and Dr Inoka is always very good about this making it a great experience.
