Billy and Trevor installed a Puretec water filter for me, and the whole experience was fantastic. The job itself was quick, professional, and they double-checked everything before leaving to make sure there were no issues. What really stood out was their communication. Billy and his team responded promptly to assess a dangerous gas leak at our home and replaced our old, leaking gas hot water system. They understood the urgency of the situation, made us a priority, and had our hot water restored the very next day. Billie is the best - he did work for us a few months ago and then came out to check it was all AOK a month later at no charge. Then, when we had to move house, Billie came out again to disconnect the washing machine for us as we had packed up all our tools in preparation for the move - what a guy! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for good quality service and after sales care. 10 out of 10!
The team came same day and made an assessment, explained everything well and got a new HWS installed after a leak was found in the morning. They happily moved everything out of the way themselves and put everything back. I could not fault professionalism and service, they were punctual and upfront and everyone was lovely to deal with including the lady on the phone. I only gave 4 stars due to price point.
